• At least 8-10 yrs. of hands on experience in Design, Implement, Maintain & Support Enterprise Grade Hybrid MPLS Network with over 5K locations PAN India and International sites
• Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert with hands on experience
• Must have analytical, Problem solving, Implementation and troubleshooting skill over Routing, Switching. SDWAN(versa, silver peak), Hybrid Cloud & Wireless services
• Configuration and Installation of various network devices e.g. Routers/Switches/WLC Controllers & AP
• Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting QOS/Policy Based Routing/EEM Scripting/VRRP/ Failover mechanism over WAN, routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF etc.
• Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting versa and silverpeak sdwan.
• Hands on experience managing and administrating CISCO ISE platform.
• Perform Network Configuration Audit and execute change management as per Change Management process.
• Work for Permanent resolution of repeated issues
• Prepare Root cause analysis for the Major / Repeat / Escalated Incidents.
• Monitor Network resources utilization and capacity management
• Participation in Audit compliance/Inventory Reconciliation /Daily reports/Database/diagram timely updation.
• Good knowledge of working tools i.e Wireshark, Ethereal etc.
• Good Team Management and Leadership skills
• Lead team from front and own escalations assigned to L3 SME desk and drive to resolution
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of Customers and co-workers.
• Flexibility to adapt and handle fast changing requirements and environment.
• Work in 24x7 environment and support/execute Major Incident/changes during off shift hours.
