Role Purpose:

Source and hire the right talent against business requirements while ensuring a positive employer brand experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition

  • Understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements across different skill levels and volumes
  • Create sourcing plans based on hiring channel mix and cost considerations
  • Utilize job portals, consultants, and employee referrals to identify candidates from industry and within Wipro
  • Facilitate the selection process with technical panels
  • Conduct technical assessments and HR evaluation rounds
  • Negotiate salary and position terms with candidates
  • Obtain necessary approvals from tower leadership to ensure alignment with Wipro's salary ranges and cost targets
  • Issue formal job offers and coordinate acceptance
  • Maintain relationships with selected candidates through their joining date
  • Coordinate background verification with HRSS team
  • Provide regular status updates to business teams and managers

Candidate Experience Management

  • Conduct candidate engagement activities to ensure healthy joining ratios
  • Adhere to Wipro guidelines on responsiveness, clarity, compensation, SLAs, quality, and auditability
  • Resolve candidate concerns and manage escalations with zero valid complaints
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Synergy tool
  • Update weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for management review
  • Conduct meetings with WMG teams on hiring progress, risks, and issues
  • Implement checks and balances to ensure reliability, quality, and integrity of recruitment data

Performance Metrics

  • Fulfillment targets (quarterly fulfillment ratio and net add)
  • Average recruitment cost per person within approved salary ranges
  • Candidate experience with zero escalations
  • Hiring manager satisfaction scores
  • Cost management on portals and vendors aligned with channel mix and budget
  • 100% compliance with Source-to-Hire policies and tool data reliability
