Technical Competencies:

• Level 3 support and troubleshooting within SLA
• Network security practices and patch management
• Packet flow analysis and TCP session establishment
• Vendor and ISP management
• 24/7 support environment capability
• Architecture documentation (Visio)

Recommended Certifications: CCNA, CCNP

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network products including Meraki appliances, Cisco routers and switches, Cisco ISE, and cloud networking solutions
• Manage technical issues and multiple sites with technical solutions
• Participate in major incident management and maintain SLA compliance
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Execute IOS upgrades and security hardening
• Plan and implement major network changes
• Monitor device logs and perform capacity planning
• Create service improvement plans and risk identification
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain technical and operational documentation
• Conduct trend analysis to minimize recurring incidents
• Work under pressure in a 24/7 support environment
