Develop and execute new project strategies by analyzing market trends and categories, and building partnerships with key market channels. 2. Maximize sales and brand impact through close collaboration with Category and Marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen and partnership-building capabilities, with the ability to establish networks both internally and externally and drive change across the organization and market. ** ** **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Category team to develop and implement channel-focused sales strategies and execution plans to achieve annual and quarterly business objectives for each category. - Maximize the use of Disney IPs to explore new retail channels and drive retail partnerships and promotions - Create consultative sales presentations that highlight Disney’s unique differentiation by leveraging industry insights and internal resources. - Expand networks within the retail and consumer goods industries to establish sustainable business models. - Identify new business opportunities and develop execution strategies through market research and consumer trend analysis. - Monitor business performance and sales, working closely with the Category team to support continuous growth. - Partner with other Disney lines of business to strengthen brand and franchise awareness and create synergy across initiatives. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive effective promotional activities and maximize sales performance. **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management/Retail/E-commerce. - Experience and/or a high level of interest in categories such as Toy, Fashion, and/or FMCG. - Self-motivated, collaborative and a team player - Able to set clear priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong sense of urgency to adjust to market dynamic and ad-hoc demand - Strong understanding of brand and property positioning, retail distribution, and licensees' production and creative capabilities/limitations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and team members. - Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and influencing skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
