• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with a strong focus on SAP IS-U implementations.
• Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP IS-U implementation.
• In-depth understanding of SAP IS-U modules (Device Management, Meter Reading, Billing/Invoicing, Energy Data Management, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U Meter to Cash business process lifecycle.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including team building, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
• Technical understanding of transport management, dependency management, and overall SAP implementation processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and cloud solutions is advantageous

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
