Reverse Logistics Project Coordinator Job Description:

• Vendor Consolidation & Standardization: Lead the consolidation of existing vendor tasks and develop a standardized engagement model across all vendors.

Process Development: Design, document, and implement consistent processes for vendor onboarding and performance management

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation

Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track vendor performance and adherence to the standardized model.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the vendor ecosystem.

Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and task execution.

• Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to testing and its execution
  Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
• On time deliveries
• WSRs, Test execution report and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository
• Updates of accurate efforts in e Cube, TMS and other project related trackers
• Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally

Mandatory Skills: Product Testing .
