Position Overview
We are hiring a Deputy Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources to lead governance and processes within our HR Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery and overall accountability for Service Center operations
- Master processes and activities in scope, monitoring team performance
- Support the team in problem resolution and bottleneck elimination to ensure consistent delivery
- Maintain client relationships
- Plan and conduct recruitment strategies and team allocation
- Manage escalations and apply quality standards
- Lead process optimization and improvement initiatives
- Ensure relevant areas support transformation projects and objectives
- Set goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure Performance Next is followed for the entire team
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement
- Hire adequate and appropriate resources for the team
- Ensure adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability and effectiveness
- Build an internal talent pool and ensure career progression within the organization
- Manage team attrition
- Drive diversity in leadership positions
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
- HRO domain expertise (mandatory)
- Leadership and process governance experience
- Results-oriented mindset
- Effective team management capabilities
