Position Overview

We are hiring a Deputy Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources to lead governance and processes within our HR Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery and overall accountability for Service Center operations
  • Master processes and activities in scope, monitoring team performance
  • Support the team in problem resolution and bottleneck elimination to ensure consistent delivery
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Plan and conduct recruitment strategies and team allocation
  • Manage escalations and apply quality standards
  • Lead process optimization and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure relevant areas support transformation projects and objectives
  • Set goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure Performance Next is followed for the entire team
  • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
  • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement
  • Hire adequate and appropriate resources for the team
  • Ensure adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability and effectiveness
  • Build an internal talent pool and ensure career progression within the organization
  • Manage team attrition
  • Drive diversity in leadership positions

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
  • HRO domain expertise (mandatory)
  • Leadership and process governance experience
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Effective team management capabilities
