Role Purpose

Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems and applications deployed at client sites while ensuring 100% quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Design

• Understand product and software requirements through comprehensive analysis
• Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Investigate problem areas and facilitate root cause analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability
• Convert client requirements into feasible design specifications
• Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts
• Coordinate with project managers on software capabilities

Software Development & Testing

• Evaluate operational feasibility of proposed solutions
• Develop and automate software validation processes
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios
• Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces
• Ensure code is error-free and bug-free
• Prepare detailed documentation on specifications, activities, and status
• Follow established coding standards with clear descriptions and replication patterns
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability concerns
• Report quality risks to stakeholders

Customer Communication & Reporting

• Capture all requirements and clarifications from clients
• Gather regular feedback to ensure on-time delivery
• Participate in continuous education and training
• Maintain clear communication through email, calls, and formal documentation
• Respond promptly to customer requests with professional business etiquette
• Generate timely MIS reports and project updates

Performance Metrics

• 100% error-free onboarding and implementation
• On-time delivery and schedule adherence
• Customer satisfaction and experience management
• Timely troubleshooting and query resolution
