ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Daily build plan (by area) based on Demand Request and Optimization (both Material and capacity) to stakeholders.
- Monitor the execution of the production plan to ensure we are meeting commitment or minimizing the impact delivery to the customer.
- Able to investigate problems, analyze root causes, and provide solutions.
- Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust the production schedule to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with the demand team to support any demand change.
- Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
- Monitoring planning KPI by weekly basis.
- Plan inventory management to avoid excess inventory.
- Follow company rules and procedures.
- Have a good moral and keep a good working environment.
- Report the process/occurring problem to the manager.
- Evaluate the working performance of under-assigned personnel and provide any recommendation.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in Production Planning, inventory control, material planning and Supply Chain.
SKILLS:
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Proven skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and data analysis.
- Effective negotiation and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
