Senior Product Manager — Drone Delivery
Why this role
We’re building a drone delivery program that delights customers and scales efficiently. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale an end-to-end delivery experience while evolving the capabilities and integrations that make it work across markets.
What you’ll do
Own the end‑to‑end experience and the platform - Define the product vision and roadmap across the full journey
- Build and evolve the underlying capabilities and APIs
- Integrate with core systems: e Commerce/checkout, payments, fulfillment (pick/pack/stage), and partner platforms.
- Instrument the end‑to‑end funnel (eligibility → selection → checkout → delivery → repeat) and run A/B tests to improve conversion, speed, and satisfaction.
- Ensure the experience is intuitive, inclusive, and accessible; establish design standards and component reuse across surfaces.
Scale from pilot to nationwide-Pilot design & learning agenda: Define hypotheses, test markets, customer segments, assortment/weight constraints, and clear success metrics; codify learnings into repeatable playbooks.
- Capacity & network planning: Define capacity models, throughput objectives, and operating windows by market; plan inventory, assortment eligibility, and promised speed tiers.
- Vendor/partner integration at scale: Establish standardized technical interfaces, sandbox/test plans, and rollout criteria; streamline onboarding and versioning for partners.
- GTM & adoption: Partner with business teams on positioning, pricing & fees, promo strategy, CRM/notifications, and in‑app education to drive awareness, trial, and repeat.
- Launch playbooks & SOPs: Partner to standardize market enablement (site readiness, staffing/training, packaging, staging), handoff flows, and issue resolution processes; create self‑serve guides for field teams.
Align stakeholders and drive execution- Lead Product, Engineering, Design, and Business partners (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance) through clear OKRs, PRDs, and delivery plans.
- Drive cross‑team planning, backlog prioritization, and program governance; communicate trade‑offs and timelines crisply at all levels.
What you’ll need
Must‑have - 7–10+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), with experience shipping customer experiences at scale and leading multi‑squad programs end‑to‑end.
- Demonstrated success scaling pilots into multi‑market or nationwide programs.
- Strong discovery and delivery craft: user research, journey mapping, PRDs, acceptance criteria, launch readiness.
- Technical fluency: APIs/services, data pipelines/dashboards (e.g., SQL/analytics tools), mobile/web UX patterns, and geospatial basics.
- Analytical decision‑making with comfort in experimentation design, forecasting, and unit economics.
- Excellent collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business partners.
Nice‑to‑have - Background in last‑mile logistics, autonomy/robotics, marketplaces, or geospatial services.
- Experience with routing/dispatch optimization or real‑time event systems.
- Track record building partner ecosystems and standardized integrations.

- Program scale: Faster time‑to‑launch per market, consistent playbook adherence, healthy throughput and cycle time, streamlined partner onboarding.

How you’ll work - Lead multiple cross‑functional squads; establish a steady cadence of planning, demos, and business reviews.
- Hybrid work with regular onsite time at pilot and scale locations; travel as needed to support launches and field learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
