Job Description
Visa is looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant-Program Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can operate as a true strategic partner for the Global Cross-Border organization, supporting multiple executives and providing program support for Business Operations. This role goes beyond traditional admin support, as you’ll help drive priorities, streamline operations, and keep the business moving.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted executive assistant to the VPs of Travel, Sales Enablement, and Commercialization, anticipating needs and managing complex priorities, involving the following responsibilities.
- Own a dynamic, fast changing calendar and coordinate cross functional meetings across time zones.‑changing calendar and coordinate cross‑functional meetings across time zones.
- Manage expenses, vendor onboarding, purchasing workflows, and compliance (Concur/Ariba).
- Manage complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, briefings, and contingency planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and global admin networks.
- Support the Business Operations function for the Global Cross-Border team, working hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff / Business Operations lead across the following responsibilities:
- Support Business Operations / Chief of Staff activities: track deliverables, organize strategic initiatives, and ensure operational alignment.
- Lead logistics for global travel, team offsites, leadership meetings, and high-profile events.
- Identify process gaps and help drive operational efficiency, team rituals, and improved workflows.
- Prepare high‑quality briefings, presentations, communications, and executive-ready materials.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast paced, high expectation environment.

Excellent judgement, organization, and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Share Point, Outlook, PPT, Excel).

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

Experience supporting a Chief of Staff or working in strategic operations.

Experience operating in fast-paced environments (e.g. startups, fast-growing business units).

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 104,900.00 to 163,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
