Purpose:

Consulting and Analytics Director Ukraine & Moldova will deliver consulting support to VISA's key clients across markets to help optimize clients' performance, thereby ensuring that Visa is both their preferred brand and a unique business/marketing partner and enhancing relationships banks.

Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area:

• Understand market trends, client needs, the competitive landscape, and overarching privacy & regulatory environments within Ukraine and Belarus.
• Help identify, sell and deliver consulting project against the needs of clients (Banks, Merchants) in markets of Ukraine and Moldova, that will help our clients to grow their business.
• Hire and develop team of more junior consultants, that will help you on the projects.
• Where appropriate, work with designated practice areas globally to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and leverage global consulting solutions.
• Ensure achievement of clients financial targets outlined in business cases / consulting projects

Reporting Relationships & Interactions:

• Role will be located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.

At least seven years of solid experience in consulting or areas of value proposition design, product development and launch

Experience should be gained within a top-tier bank or the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm. A combination of regional and global experience strongly desired.

Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. Advanced client contact and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills

Ukrainian language is a must
