Senior Manager, PaaS Contracts

The Role

As the Senior Manager, PaaS Contracts at Fidelity Investments, you will be at the heart of supporting and growing our innovative Contract Ai and Easy Answers use cases. You'll collaborate with our PaaS Organization, clients, and technology partners to deliver world-class service and technology solutions. Your role will be pivotal in supporting all client contract and SOW negotiation activities within PaaS, and providing contract related insights and recommendations to help ensure detailed implementations and client happiness!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in contract management and legal negotiations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of advanced legal studies or substantial experience in contract template construction and redlining processes are required. Your ability to understand and convey complex contracting concepts across a variety of contract types (vendor, client side, credit, banking, real estate, etc.) to diverse audiences, along with a proactive attitude toward managing multiple competing priorities is crucial. Positive relationship management skills and demonstrated success in decision support functions will set you apart. Your expertise in negotiating legal and business terms, coupled with a detailed and analytical perspective, will drive quality and process improvements.

The Team

Join our PaaS Product and Implementation team, where we are dedicated to driving operational efficiencies and process automation through Contract Ai and Easy Answers. Our team handles negotiating client SOWs, supporting proof of concept opportunities, and assisting clients with defining contract templates and alternative clause variances for their Contract Ai project needs across new and rapidly growing use cases. We work closely with client teams and technical partners to guarantee smooth onboarding and continuous support.
