Job Description
Technical Solutions is part of Client Services organization in charge of providing industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new digital products in the market.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and optimization of payment technologies across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor for clients on payment technology solutions, including integration and deployment.
- Support global product rollouts, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment flows, tokenization, and authentication protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide training and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in payments technology, client services, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of payment flows, tokenization, authentication protocols and API integration.
Experience supporting global product rollouts and working across time zones and cultures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Visa Developer Platform, Cyber Source, and Visa Acceptance Platform.
Experience with agentic commerce, AI-driven payment flows, or emerging fintech protocols.
Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and regional regulatory frameworks.
