At Visa Open Banking/Tink, we’re creating the foundations that a new world of finance will be built on. By constantly challenging ourselves to go further and do better, we’re developing the ground-breaking services that businesses will use, to revolutionise the way millions of people manage their money. The world of financial services is changing fast, and we will continue to be at the forefront of it. Through one API, Visa Open Banking/Tink allows customers to access aggregated financial data, initiate payments, enrich transactions and build personal finance management tools. Tink connects to more than 3,400 banks that reach over 250 million bank customers across Europe and other global markets.

If money makes the world go around, we are the ones actually making the money go around! This role is a part of our Payments area and our mission is to allow customers to process payments from any account, at any bank to their own service in a fast and seamless way. Check out reference cases and more information here.

What we offer you:

As one of the first companies in Europe who initiate payments through open banking, working in Payments often means solving complex problems for which there’s no blueprint! You will be working in an international environment where your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate and build high-quality Payment products by following best engineering practices.

We strongly believe in the power of collaboration, both within our team and in partnership with other teams and stakeholders. Working together is the cornerstone of building exceptional teams, delivering outstanding products, and fostering personal growth. It forms the very essence of our work culture and defines how we operate. Actively contribute to product quality improvements, valuable service technology, and new business flows in diverse agile squads.

What we’re looking for:

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the Payments area. We see that you enjoy working with others and that you have a passion for what you do. You want to better the product you are working on as well as your knowledge and skills.

The Skills You Bring:

  • Energy and Experience: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale

  • Builder: Experience building and deploying modern micro services with quality and scalability.
  • Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies.
  • Partnership: Experience collaborating with Product, Developers and Agile/Scrum teams.

We do not expect that any single candidate would fulfill all of these characteristics. For instance, we have exciting team members who are really focused on building scalable systems but didn’t work with payments technology or web applications before joining Visa.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
