  • Align Visa’s product vision with each client’s business objectives, driving deeper and faster adoption of the Visa product portfolio.

Go‑to‑Market and Commercial Enablement:

  • Lead the introduction of new products, functionalities, and innovations, in coordination with regional and specialist teams.
  • Build value propositions, business cases, and commercial materials that accelerate market deployment and adoption.

Execution and Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of products and solutions, ensuring alignment with objectives, operational excellence, and a strong client experience.
  • Identify risks, operational challenges, and areas for improvement, coordinating effectively across functions (client services, risk, marketing, etc.).

Innovation and Co‑Creation:

  • Drive co‑creation initiatives, pilots, and proof‑of‑concept projects with clients and local fintechs.
  • Maintain an updated perspective on Ecuador’s payments and commerce ecosystem, proactively putting forward ideas and new business models.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in fast paced environments.
  • Strong capability to explain complex business and technical concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.
  • Solid understanding of business cases, revenue models, and financial analysis.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
