Job Description
The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, Fin Tech's and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.
This Senior Manager, Visa Commercial Solutions LMM product GTM role, is responsible for regional product management and GTM strategy for Visa Commercial Solutions LMM products.
Product & Solutions Management:
- Maintain and develop Visa’s LMM product suite, with particular emphasis on Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Central Travel Account, Multinational Program
- Identify opportunities to further develop and enhance Visa’s products and solutions suite through learning of/understanding client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Establish strong feedback loop with specialised sales teams and solutioning teams and global product owners to maintain robust market intelligence and pipeline and roadmap alignment
- Engage with and lead opportunities presented by third parties with solutions able to complement and enhance Visa’s regional product capability
- Maintain alignment with global and regional product teams. Ensure consistency/alignment with global strategy whilst building out regional solutions and tailoring regional sales enablement materials
- Translate client needs into actionable plans that guide internal product development efforts
Commercial Product/Program Governance & Compliance:
- Advise/support internal teams and clients to Interpret Visa Core Rules and regional regulations for programs such as Corporate Card, Central Travel Account (CTA), BNPL, and Multinational Program (MNP).
- Maintain/update Rules owned by VCS LMM team, review/approve rule changes with impacts on VCS
- Lead governance and coordination with legal, rules and other stakeholders to validate additional commercial use case opportunities.
- Assess and mitigate impacts of regulatory changes on VCS products & services e.g. Strong customer authentication (SCA).
- Manage operational and risk management processes for assigned products

Client & Partner Engagement:
- Partner with Sales, Solutioning, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on product delivery and define go-to-market approach, collateral, and ensure market readiness.
- Support client facing teams (Client Services, Sales, Account Execs) with subject matter expertise for areas of responsibility and products owned/managed. e.g. product workshops, opportunity deep-dives, product feature questions and clarifications.
- Keep sales enablement materials organised and updated on accessible sites.
- Share timely market intelligence and thought leadership udpates to enhance sales teams engagement with clients/partners- Represent VCS on relevant industry bodies- Manage third party engagements and contractual commitments supporting Visa’s services
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications- Proven ability to develop deep product expertise in commercial payments- Understanding of how product market fit needs to address market specific needs and trends including regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated success in providing sales enablement training and support that drive sales and usage.
- Strong oral and written communications. Able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner.
- Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills to advocate multi-product narratives across markets- Adept at building relationships across matrix environment particularly to solve problems and align priorities to drive results across regional and functional lines.
- Ability to present complex concepts in a simplified, concise manner tailored to stakeholders' needs.
- Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities.
