VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Supply Chain, Data & Analytics Intern to join out team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

In this role you will create analysis on various Supply Chain areas throughout the go-to-market process. You will also assist your manager in reporting and analyzing key Supply Chain KPIs to provide regular updates to Brand representatives and the Supply Chain Community and Leadership.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Supply Chain Data & Analytics Intern:

  • Create and implement analyses, reports, and dashboards to track Supply Chain performance and efficiency

  • Support the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting to be distributed to Supply Chain Community and to the Brands (i.e. On-Time Delivery to Customers, On-Time Stock Availability, Inventory Summary, DC Processing Performance, …)

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain functions and other business stakeholders to identify and formalize reporting/analytics requirements

  • Collaborate with Digital & Technology Analytics or BI functions to validate and bring live new Analytics models/solutions

  • Ensure the accuracy and transparency of all data shared with central functions and brands

How you will make a difference

Skills that will make you succeed:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Power BI as visualization tool
  • IBM Cognos experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes
  • Passionate for insight-driven thinking, can extract patterns from volumes of data to drive insights
  • Strong attention to details, and commitment to drive data accuracy
  • Good communication and presentation (including written) skills

What’s in it for you

  • Main processes across different Supply Chain functions (i.e. DC Operations, Outbound Logistics, Customer Service, …)
  • Meaning of main KPIs measuring Supply Chain performance, how to calculate them and how to approach a deep dive analysis on the results
  • MS Power BI best practices to build interactive analysis covering both strategic and operational KPIs
  • Project management principles applied to Analytics solutions design and implementation

You will also have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with colleagues in other regions (America or Asia), participating to international projects aimed to define a new Global Supply Chain KPIs Framework.
