Are you ready to help shape how runners across EMEA discover and shop the world’s most innovative running footwear?

Altra is looking for an Ecommerce Merchandising Intern to join our Digital team in Stabio and support the growth of one of the fastest‑rising brands in the running industry.

Support the day‑to‑day operations of Altra’s EMEA ecommerce business by ensuring the right products are visible, discoverable, and performing online.You will analyse performance, enhance product presentation, optimise site experience, and help deliver a best‑in‑class online journey for runners across the region.

As an e Commerce Merchandising Intern, you will:-Support the setup and optimisation of product assortments across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Monitor online product performance (sell through, conversion, availability) and provide actionable insights to the team.

  • Manage onsite merchandising including category updates, product ranking, search optimisation and homepage updates.

  • Coordinate product content needs with Brand, Studio and Copy teams to ensure premium product presentation.

  • Assist with go‑to‑market readiness, including seasonal launches and key commercial moments.

  • Contribute to broader ecommerce projects, cross-functional initiatives and digital experience improvements.

A relevant degree (Business, Marketing, Digital, Data, Fashion Management) is nice to have, but we care more about your mindset, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
