Team & Opportunity:

You'll oversee the ongoing health and performance of our multi - asset investment products (managed funds, ETFs, and managed accounts) , act as a trusted expert to both internal teams and clients and work closely with partners across the business to continually enhance product quality, competitiveness, and commercial impact.

Core responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage team performance .

• Serve as a multi - asset investment expert, supporting sales and relationship teams, engaging with clients, and representing Vanguard at industry events.

• Identify opportunities to enhance Vanguard's multi-asset lineup to better meet the needs of investor s

• Oversee analysis and strategy for multi - asset product opportunities , manage cross functional project teams, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships, leveraging client and sales insights to assess product health and drive ongoing product improvements and positioning.

• Provide product thought leadership, create technical marketing content, support product launches, coordinate internal training, and contribute to research agendas to enhance client and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• CFA Preferred.

• Extensive experience in similar roles, including experience in product management and investment analysis/strategy
