As a Test&Validation Leader in Valeo Santena you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.

These will be the main activities:

• Perform activities in compliance with Engineering discipline Development Plan of his/her PG/PL (Product Group/Product Line

• Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications

• In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets

• Support technical architecture and standards assignments

• Follow Standardization rules

• Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers

Budget

• Responsible of his department budget; build, propose and follow his budget

• Participate to project budget construction

• Propose yearly investment plan.

• Responsible of the Department efficiency using the Efficiency Plan built together with the Engineering discipline Manager / Director.

His/her scope could include: all or part of the design, integration, validation of blocks / product

Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:

• Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validation

• Perform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies

• Perform or support Engineering disciplines tests

Networking

Participate to and support the network of his Engineering discipline

Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods & tools of his Engineering discipline

Resources / Footprint

• Centralize information on all existing resources.

• Identify, create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources

• Identify the needs in terms of dedicated and shared resources. Organize the availability of shared resources corresponding R&D Manager

Continuously work with Engineering discipline Manager / Director. to improve his footprint and performances.

Desired skills and experience:

• Master Degree (Engineering)

• Experience: 2/3 year in similar roles in the automotive field/multinational industrial companies

• Fluent Italian and fluent English
