What will you be doing?
11 Senior Marketing Executive Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office

What will you bring?
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and communications that strengthen relationships with priority accounts and support Unum UK’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the planning and delivery of integrated multi channel campaigns, helping drive acquisition, retention, engagement and digital adoption goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, content and communications are delivered on time and to brief.
- Assist with event planning and personalised marketing activities that contribute to high touch ABM initiatives.
- Help create insight informed content and pitch materials that resonate with priority broker or customer accounts and reflect Unum’s value proposition.
- Support segmentation, personalisation and journey mapping activities, and help track campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns and communications, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, tailored messaging and content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and repurpose engaging content, using marketing automation tools and CRM systems to support delivery.
- Competence in digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight led recommendations.
- Proactive, curious and comfortable adopting new tools, testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
- Strong performance mindset and commercial acumen, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and cross functional teams.
