About the Role

As a core member of the Taiwan Delivery Marketing team, you will be the driving force behind campaign execution—bringing high-impact initiatives to life and shaping how consumers perceive and experience the brand. You will lead executional excellence across integrated campaigns, collaborate closely with agency partners, and contribute to a high-performance team culture. Your work will play a critical role in accelerating consumer growth, strengthening brand loyalty, and enhancing engagement with couriers and merchants.

What You Will Do

Campaign Execution Excellence

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: Drive initiatives from strategic input to flawless final production, including crafting compelling briefs, managing creative and production workflows, and ensuring seamless asset delivery through final sign-off.
  • Manage agency partnerships: Lead day-to-day agency coordination, building strong, productive relationships to enable effective end-to-end execution.
  • Ensure financial governance: Oversee campaign budget negotiation, tracking, and compliance to meet financial processes, deadlines, and operational requirements.

Campaign Social & Influencer Strategy, Planning, and Content

  • Execute a cohesive social strategy: Manage the social components of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching campaign narratives and delivering social-first executional excellence.
  • Support influencer operations: Assist in influencer strategy implementation, including contract support and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate on content development: Partner closely with the Social Team to build content calendars and coordinate content production across every integrated campaign.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights

  • Champion brand consistency: Work with Operations, Policy, Communications, Comm Ops, and other partners to maintain a unified brand identity and voice across all touchpoints.
  • Translate insights into action: Synthesize consumer insights from multiple data sources to identify performance gaps, generate recommendations, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer-facing marketing and branding, ideally within e-commerce and/or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven success collaborating with creative, digital, or media agencies to deliver locally relevant marketing programs.
  • Strong desire to build business acumen and connect marketing activities to broader commercial objectives and outcomes.
  • Experience working within cross-functional environments; proven ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working within global or regional teams, or in complex, matrixed organizational structures.
