#Great Minds Don't Think Alike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our organisation with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts!
About The Team:
Retail is a startup within Uber, a team focussed on growth, but with the support and leverage of Uber's large global ridesharing and delivery businesses. It is the delivery of everything that isn't restaurant food - think groceries, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, beauty, and more... We are creating something brand new! Many of the problems we face are new for Uber and require creative solutions that cater to different customers, we're able to solve them because we deeply care #Buildwith Heart.
About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Analytics Lead to join our Delivery Commercial Operations team, supporting the Retail APAC business across Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, sales operations and strategy. You will partner closely with Commercial Leaders across APAC to strengthen business rhythms, improve forecasting and reporting predictability, analyse performance trends, and shape local Go-To-Market strategies. You will also lead high-impact initiatives designed to accelerate growth, improve execution discipline, and remove operational friction for our commercial teams.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. This is someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear insights and influencing senior stakeholders through evidence and storytelling.
What You Will Do:
- Own analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, turning insights into clear actions for senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain forecast models that improve accuracy, explainability, and consistency across the region
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial cadences, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, MBRs, and QBRs
- Improve sales processes, tools, and reporting to support scale, speed, and execution discipline
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Strategy, Deal Desk, and Leadership to influence decisions through data and insight
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations, with a strong track record of driving business impact through data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL, with hands-on experience building scalable reporting from Salesforce
- Experience supporting sales or Go-To-Market teams in a fast-growing, complex, or matrixed organisation
- Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, data structures, and automation
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across cross-functional teams
