Your role and responsibilities

We seek for " Sales Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Office located in Maltepe Istanbul-Turkiye location.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in the responsible accounts and supporting business growth aligned with ABB’s product and solution portfolio

  • Preparing detailed business plans and ensuring regular follow-up and execution

  • Sales of the entire Medium Voltage & SCADA

  • Demand creation activities and guiding the scope, technical specifications, and solution architecture of customer investments in close collaboration with the technical promotion and consultancy teams

  • Ensuring effective communication, promotion, and training activities across all segments

  • Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across divisions

  • Recording and managing all activities in Salesforce.com while monitoring financial and non‑financial KPIs through the tool

  • Conducting periodic customer visits to build relationships, support new project opportunities, understand customer needs, and align ABB’s offerings with tailored solutions

  • Qualifications for the role- Electrical Engineering or equivalent university degree

  • At least 5 years of experiences in marketing and sales

  • Experience in Industrial tenders

  • Experience in contractual negotiations

  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling

  • Knowledge of Turkish and English

  • Action oriented, methodological, attention to detail, effective interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented

  • Good skills of communications both externally and internally with customers

  • Generating connections with main customers and develop key long-term partnerships
