About the Team:
In this role, you will be part of the APAC Acquisition team - the Uber Eats Restaurant Sales team responsible for expanding and strengthening our merchant base across the APAC region. You will support senior leaders based in Sydney, Tokyo, and Taipei, collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative team that is deeply connected to local market performance while aligned with regional and global strategy. Working closely with cross-functional and market stakeholders, you will help enable a high-performing sales organization focused on building strong merchant partnerships and delivering impact at scale across APAC.

The Impact You'll Have:

Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritization, gatekeeping, and proactive scheduling recommendations
-
Ensure meeting logistics run seamlessly by securing meeting rooms and making sure leaders are on time and well-prepared
-
Support leadership meetings by capturing notes, tracking action items, and driving follow-ups
-
Monitor project timelines and provide reminders on key deadlines, action items, and deliverables
-
Plan and coordinate team all-hands meetings, offsites, and internal events across the region
-
Partner closely with Facilities, IT, and Security teams to support office and workspace planning & logistics
-
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and required travel documentation
-
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide ongoing logistical support, including remote coordination when needed

Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of expense reports

Manage team morale and travel budgets
-
Provide ad hoc administrative and project support as required
The Experience You'll Bring:
-
Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience
-
Minimum 2+ years experience supporting a Director or VP-level leader
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
-
Google calendar
-
Experience supporting multiple leaders
-
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
-
Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders' calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
-
Experience working in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy
-
Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Experience coordinating projects

Experience working in a complex, matrixed and global environment
