About the Role

We're looking for an impact-driven and collaborative Earner & Marketplace Operations Coordinator to help shape the strategies of Uber Eats business in ACAC (Andean, Central America and Caribbean).

In this role, you'll design and execute high-impact initiatives that keep our marketplace running efficiently by balancing supply and demand in both the short and long term. You'll work deeply with data, partner closely with local and regional teams, and lead projects that directly influence pricing, user behavior, and product operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, and is excited to drive meaningful results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  1. Own and execute marketplace strategies that impact pricing, courier lifecycle management, geographic coverage, and product configuration-helping make our platform smarter and more efficient.
  2. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights.
  3. Build tools and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and support scalable operational excellence.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with local operations, regional strategy, product, and commercial teams to drive projects from idea through execution.
  5. Balance long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution to ensure sustained marketplace health.

What You'll Need:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or other analytical roles.
  2. Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  3. Strong Analytical Skill Set (Excel, SQL, Python (Desired))
  4. Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into clear, scalable solutions.

  2. A proactive, ownership-driven approach: you take initiative, move quickly, and deliver with high standards.
  3. Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without formal authority-you collaborate effectively across teams.
  4. Genuine interest in marketplace dynamics and how product, data, and operations work together.
