About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Communications Associate to join our team in San Francisco and support our Tech internal communications program. We're looking for someone who is experienced in tech organization communications and building and implementing internal communications strategies across a large team.

What You'll Do
-
Lead Communication Projects: Manage communication plans from start to finish, including strategy development, socialization, tactical execution, and reporting metrics.

Create and Edit Content: Draft, develop and refine various written materials, such as leadership communications, FAQs, talking points, and other essential documents. Video production and social media content creation is a bonus.

Transform Data into Stories: Use data and research to craft compelling narratives and identify stories and news opportunities that resonate with our tech audiences.

Build Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of communications experience, with a majority focus on internal communications for technical populations

Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the consumer technology industry, ideally in a large enterprise environment with 5,000 employees or more.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$132,000 per year**
-
USD**$147,000 per year**.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
