About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking a Consumer Growth Manager in Spain, based in Madrid.
The mission of the Consumer Growth team is to make Uber Eats the preferred food delivery platform for customers across all the cities where we operate in Spain. To do so, we focus on growing & retaining consumers on the platform by optimizing every aspect of acquisition, engagement, membership, and pricing.
This role is key to drive the growth of Uber Eats in Spain, and combines various skills such as project management, advanced data analytics and daily interactions with Marketing, Finance, Central and Product teams.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
The core of this role is looking for and after Consumers:

  1. Growth: Take charge of defining and executing growth strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and optimizing consumer engagement. Implement A/B tests and leverage data analytics to track and enhance performance, ensuring efficient growth across all lifecycle stages. You will build operational plans to drive growth by leveraging different P&L spend levers in the most efficient way possible.
  2. Data Analysis: Independently conduct in-depth data analyses using SQL, creating scalable dashboards to measure project success and uncover new insights into consumer behavior. Monitor effectiveness through KPI analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Operational Excellence: Build and launch tools and processes that optimize ROI.
  4. Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects such as identifying strategic partnerships to fuel consumer growth in Spain.
  5. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared strategic objectives. Foster alignment and effective execution to uphold Uber's high standards for operational excellence.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Experience: 5 years in Consumer Growth, Performance Marketing, Data analytics, Business Operations or similar roles.
  2. Analytics: advanced SQL and Google Sheets are a must.
  3. Languages: fluent English and Spanish.

  1. Analytics: you leverage Python or AI tools to generate insights.
  2. Excellent communicator: clear and compelling storyteller with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
  3. Organized and driven: strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and build processes that drive efficiency and results.
  4. You are a foodie and a Power User at Uber ;)
