#Great Minds Don't Think Alike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our organisation with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts!

About The Team:

The APAC Delivery team at Uber plays a key role in driving the company's growth across diverse and dynamic markets, including Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. We focus on building high-impact strategies and scalable operations that connect eaters with merchants in seamless, efficient ways. As one of the most competitive and complex regions globally, APAC requires a thoughtful, data-driven, and locally nuanced approach to execution. We're passionate about providing great customer experiences, empowering merchant success, and supporting delivery partners, all while solving tough operational challenges unique to each market.

About The Role:

This Strategy & Operations role sits at the centre of how we plan, optimise, and scale our commercial and operational programs across APAC. You'll own deep analytical modelling, build clear narratives that inform leadership decisions, and drive end-to-end program execution with cross-functional partners. The role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between data, structure, and communication.

Your Impact in Role:

  • Build and maintain analytical models to support headcount planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment business cases
  • Translate complex, data driven insights into clear narratives, frameworks, and executive ready presentations
  • Lead cross functional programs end to end, ensuring alignment across Ops, DCO, Finance, Strategy and Planning, Product, and regional leadership
  • Identify operational bottlenecks across markets, propose scalable solutions, and track execution through to impact
  • Support leadership decision making through scenario modelling, risk assessments, and performance reviews

The Experience You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or a similar quantitative role
  • Advanced modelling capability in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience structuring ambiguous problems into actionable insights (SQL a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in matrixed environments, running multi workstream programs, and influencing without authority

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let's move it forward, together.
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role.
Accommodations may be available based on religious and/or medical conditions, or as required by applicable law. To request an accommodation, please reach out to accommodations@uber.com.
