Job Details:

High school diploma, GED, or 1-year of on-the-job training in a related field. Must have one year of experience or education in at least two (2) of the following building maintenance areas: Carpentry,110-220-volt electrical, Concrete pour and finish, Vehicle repair, Pipe insulation, Painting Plumbing. Must have a valid driver’s license.
