Job Details:

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our meat processing facility as General Labor Team Members. This hands‑on role gives you the opportunity to work across multiple departments and make a meaningful impact on our daily operations.

You’ll be part of a team that keeps our production running smoothly by performing essential physical tasks such as:

  • Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stretching

  • Climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching

  • Lifting up to 40 lbs. or more, depending on department

  • Completing repetitive motions

  • Working 8–10-hour shifts on hard flooring

You may work in a variety of environments, including cold, damp, hot, or humid areas, and some surfaces may be slippery. Safety is our priority, and we’ll provide training to help you work confidently and effectively.

💲 Compensation

  • $16.45 per hour

  • +$1.00/hour shift differential for2nd shift

The successful candidate must be willing and able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
