About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineering Leader, you will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by leading and developing a team of manufacturing engineers while supporting daily production operations. This role has a direct impact on product quality, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and the successful implementation of manufacturing technologies. You will act as a technical and people leader, ensuring optimal use of resources and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineering Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and providing technical guidance to entry and intermediate-level manufacturing engineers and team leaders.

  • Setting day-to-day priorities and work plans to support production and manufacturing objectives.

  • Ensuring manufacturing and quality standards are met through effective process execution and engineering oversight.

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve products, reduce costs, and increase productivity through process optimization.

  • Leading the design and definition of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and sequences of operations.

  • Supporting engineering teams with design concepts and specification requirements to enhance manufacturability and performance.

  • Driving strategies to reduce downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about manufacturing excellence. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational practices.

  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing tools.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

  • Experience managing capital projects.

  • Exposure to new manufacturing technologies and automation initiatives.
