Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing current manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Key Competencies:
Currently a sophomore, junior, senior from an university or college or recent graduate
