Job Summary: 
TK Netherlands Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to Thermo King Netherlands and other TK Dealers, providing financial guidance, performance analysis, and decision support. A key focus will be driving transformation initiatives, including digitalization and automation of finance processes and systems, to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  •       Finance business partner to TK Netherlands, providing financial insight, guidance and driving systems transformation.

  •       Lead or support finance systems transformation projects, including ERP, reporting, and automation initiatives across the TK Dealers.

  •       Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance, leveraging technologies such as RPA, Power BI, or other   digital tools.

  •       Drive change management efforts to embed new technologies and processes across finance teams.

  •       Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of new finance systems.

  •       Provide training and communications to enhance user adoption of new tools and processes.

  •       Support month-end, forecasting, and budgeting processes, focusing on enhancing automation and efficiency.

  •       Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements during transformation.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a global or matrix organization.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English required.

  • Demonstrable experience leading or supporting finance systems transformation or automation projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI), and advanced Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
