Position Summary: Works on the assembly line and is responsible for training production associates in the job tasks on both assembly lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Build Custom Air Handlers by completing standard work

-          Train and assist associates on both assembly lines who are new to the job

-          Assess associate skills

-          Complete training and certification documentation for new associates.  

Qualifications:

-          Must be a Trane Commercial Core employee with a minimum of 1 year of continuous full time employment.

-          Must be fully trained JBSs and Standard Work Charts.

-          Able to coach and train new employees

-          Leads positively and enthusiastically.

-          Self-motivated and flexible; willing to shift priorities as needed.

-          Able to work in a team environment.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills.

-          Employee may not have any active written warnings for performance or attendance.

-          Actively practices and promotes safety.

-          Models Trane Technologies' values in the workplace.

-          Must be exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and ability.
