Description Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

The Aftersales Program Readiness Supervisor plays a strategic and highly collaborative role that spans multiple functions and regions. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, initiative, and exceptional communication skills. The supervisor will lead a team of engineers and provide both operational and strategic support to business partners and Customer Care & Aftersales organizations.

The APRM team is accountable for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all Aftersales program requirements - including Owner Manuals, Service Instructions, Diagnostic Software, Special Tools, and other critical service readiness elements-to ensure full availability at vehicle launch.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multifunctional engineering team , serving as the primary Aftersales focal point for new program development in the South America region.
    • Support Product Teams and Aftersales stakeholders by delivering accurate, high-quality, and timely responses to technical and service-related inquiries.
    • Coordinate cross-regional integration and communication , ensuring seamless collaboration between global development teams and Aftersales organizations in South American markets.
    • Monitor and manage the development of Aftersales deliverables , ensuring alignment with timing, quality, and content expectations defined in the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP).
    • Create and maintain program scorecards and status reports , providing clear visibility of risk, timing, and readiness to leadership teams.
    • Guide teams through execution and decision-making processes , facilitating alignment, issue resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across multifunctional groups.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • Advanced or Fluent English (written and verbal)
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
    • Experience working in cross-cultural and cross-regional environments.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and drive mitigation plans
