Who We’re Looking For:
The TFS Enterprise Platforms team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Document Management Platform. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that the platform meets user needs, aligns with business goals, and leverages the latest technologies.
As a Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders to uncover critical challenges and opportunities within the digital content ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise in the software delivery lifecycle, cloud technologies, and industry best practices, you will define and drive a clear product vision that delivers a seamless and efficient customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and oversee the full product lifecycle of the Document Management Platform—from vision and strategy through design, development, release, and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and prioritize features that enhance document workflows, platform scalability, and user productivity.

Lead roadmap planning and backlog refinement using agile methodologies, ensuring the timely delivery of high-impact features that address both technical challenges and business needs.

Advocate for best practices in software development, cloud-native architecture, and automation to drive continuous improvements within the document management ecosystem.

Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, user adoption, and business value, continuously optimizing platform effectiveness and ROI.

Communicate the product vision and progress clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, translating complex technical details into meaningful business outcomes.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner, preferably with Document Management Systems or related enterprise software.

Strong understanding of document management concepts, workflows, metadata, version control, and compliance requirements.

Technical background with experience in software development, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of security standards and regulations related to document management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Experience with cloud-based document management platforms (e.g., Share Point, Alfresco).

Understanding of AI/ML applications in document processing (OCR, classification).
