Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of Disney’s advertising systems and AI-driven automation. You will help shape the future of our internal ad systems, building platforms and services that enable scale, reduce manual work, and unlock intelligent workflows across Sales, Planning, Ads Operations, and Finance.
This role bridges platform strategy with emerging technologies and will require close collaboration with engineering, research, and business partners across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth, thinks systemically, communicates clearly, and delivers with urgency. You should be excited to lead both iterative platform development and 0→1 product innovation within a high-impact team.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Define product requirements for LLM-powered features, agentic systems, and intelligent automation.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of scalable, resilient services and intuitive user experiences.

Drive product roadmap execution for AI-powered capabilities within the Ads Quote-to-cash workflow

Translate business needs into clear product requirements across system integrations, APIs, and enterprise workflow dependencies.

Ensure business logic, rules, and exceptions can be modeled flexibly within structure plan and campaign data models.

Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Strategy to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and business-aligned.

Track and report on adoption, performance, and outcomes for Planning and Order Management, including new AI-driven features
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years of product management experience in enterprise, SaaS, or platform environments.
-
Strong understanding of AI product concepts, including LLMs, model imitations, evaluation, and iteration.
-
Deep understanding of ad sales, planning, and operations workflow strongly preferred.
-
Experience launching and scaling internal platforms or workflow tools at large organizations.
-
Strong technical fluency, including experience with APIs, data modeling, and systems architecture.
-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with:
Experience in advertising technology or internal operations platforms.
Familiarity with quote-to-cash, order management, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field and/or experience.
Experience with ML in Search, Ranking, Personalization, Personalization and/or Ad Tech.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technology or business domains
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $145,400 - $199,000 per year, in Seattle is $148,700 - $199,400 and in San Francisco, CA is $170,500 - $228,600. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
