We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Integrated Supply Chain (12 Month Contract) who will play a key role in driving the implementation and ongoing support of TJX Canada’s Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems across all facilities. In this role, you’ll lead impactful initiatives through strong project management, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to enhance operational efficiency. What You’ll Do:
Systems Integration & Enablement
Lead the successful delivery and implementation of long-term Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems initiatives, advancing TJX Canada’s supply chain technology capabilities.
Support end user readiness by coordinating and delivering training for key platforms including Blue Yonder TMS, FourKites Visibility, and APLL OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
Develop, manage, and execute detailed plans for system testing, validation, and deployment to ensure seamless application performance.
Enable new system solutions across the Integrated Supply Chain network by partnering with stakeholders to complete testing, training, and launch activities on time.
Monitor, audit, and validate compliance with system controls and IT processes, present quarterly insights and recommendations to leadership.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner with global counterparts to share best practices, align on strategies, leverage local solutions, and coordinate resources to support shared objectives.
Collaborate cross functionally with Global IT, Logistics Operations, Transportation teams, carriers, and third-party system providers to ensure operational excellence.
Communicate system changes, risks, timelines, and performance metrics to leaders and cross functional partners.
Represent Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems at TJX Global IT Senior and operational meetings, providing updates and following through on next steps.
Work closely with IT teams and external partners to resolve technical issues, escalating as needed while ensuring adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
Project Support
Serve as the business lead for cross functional global and domestic projects, driving system enhancements through effective collaboration and timely completion of required documentation.
Act as an internal consultant to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions related to transportation systems enhancements and implementation.
Represent TJX Canada in global initiatives, ensuring business objectives are met and the right infrastructure is in place to support new or evolving supply chain capabilities.
About You:
At least five (5) years of experience working with Supply Chain Business Systems, ideally within complex, fast paced environments.
Post secondary education in a related discipline such as business systems analysis, project management, supply chain management, or Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems (asset).
Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, anticipate stakeholder questions, and tailor communication to the audience.
Proven experience translating functional needs into solution designs for new systems, enhancements, or modifications.
Hands on involvement in the design and implementation of complex system projects.
Expertise with key packaged applications such as Blue Yonder TMS, Oracle OTM, Confluence, and JIRA.
A solid understanding of technology design principles, including performance, security, availability, operations, monitoring, and support.
Strong functional knowledge of business processes within the Integrated Supply Chain domains.
Advanced business analytics skills, able to interpret complex data and communicate insights to senior leaders with clarity.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying risks and recommending solutions.
Demonstrated influencing and decision-making abilities, knowing when to adapt approaches and relationship styles.
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills that foster trust and effective teamwork across all organizational levels.
Effective project management skills, including the ability to transform business cases into high level project plans, manage interdependencies, and leverage technology for project success.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing details, prioritizing multiple tasks, and working under pressure with minimal supervision.
Experience with MS Visio, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and Six Sigma methodology (asset).
Experience supporting Integrated Supply Chain Business Systems across logistics, distribution, trade compliance, and merchandise visibility.
Ability to partner closely with cross functional teams, including Logistics Operations, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Finance, IT, Loss Prevention, Stores, Distribution Centers, and 3rd party logistics providers.
