As Agency Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing, day-to-day management of agency-related activities.

At Tik Tok, our Partnership Managers play a key role in shaping long-term collaborations with leading fashion brands across Europe. They act as trusted advisors, helping clients unlock the full potential of discovery commerce on our platform. By showcasing the power of Tik Tok's innovative advertising solutions, they guide partners throughout the entire funnel - from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth.

Partnership Managers develop deep, strategic relationships with brands, inspiring them to engage with culture, connect with audiences, and drive impact in ways only Tik Tok can enable.

The candidate's core role will be owning contracting, execution, and invoicing of the various services provided by agencies. They must also monitor the agency services while ensuring the achievement of the negotiated objectives.

Cross-functional collaboration with the Legal, Ads Commercialisation, Finance & Strategy teams will also be key.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including the identification and analysis of business needs, definition of project scope and objectives, preparation and negotiation of contractual agreements, and supervision of all activities leading to successful project delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and strict adherence to financial budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication, while proactively promoting awareness of, and compliance with, all applicable legal, regulatory, and financial requirements relevant to the projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management with minimum of 2-3 years experience.
• Good understanding of legal and financial matters for commercial contracting.
• Strong expertise in budget management.
• High fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required, as the contracts this person will be handling will be in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail both written and numerical.
• Independent self-starter and enjoys working in a fast pace and can adapt to market/team nuances and management of simultaneous projects and work streams.
• Experience working within the marketing / advertising industry.
• Proven expertise in advertising / media-buying legal and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of Agency Hold Cos/experience working with agencies from a publisher/platform.
• High proficiency in technical applications and Microsoft office with the ability to fast adoption of internal systems.
