About the Team
The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Tik Tok LIVE creators' short video output and quality across the MENA region through data analysis, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business targets.
- Design and launch short video challenges (online campaigns) tailored for the MENA market, developing tiered reward mechanisms and engagement strategies for different levels and types of LIVE creators to boost appeal, and promote campaigns via in-app and external channels.
- Collaborate closely with MENA-based creator networks, delivering support through training sessions, event briefings, and communications to increase the volume and quality of video content from LIVE creators within these networks.
- Monitor daily short video trends and analyze LIVE creator case studies to provide actionable content guidance and topical inspiration, aligned with the capabilities and interests of regional creators.
Note: This is an internship position based in Dubai.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with strong analytical skills, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a keen understanding of content trends. Strategic mindset and excellent execution abilities are essential.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with outstanding communication skills to work effectively within a global team.
