About the role:

• Lead the technical execution of AI projects, including architecture decisions, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
• Optimize AI performance through advanced techniques including domain-specific adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.
• Deliver scalable AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies and best practices in MLOps and LLMOps.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring of application and user behavior to support product insights and prioritization
• Stay abreast of AI developments and encourage learning and adoption of relevant technologies
• Act as a thought leader by contributing to internal forums, representing the team in areas of AI expertise, and influencing technical direction..

About you:

• Minimum three years of python experience.
• Minimum two years of machine learning experience.
• Work experience with data science libraries like num Py, Pandas, Matplotlib.
• Work experience on Scikit-learn framework.
• Work experience on Tensorflow or Pytorch.
• Work experience with document analysis, computer vision and NLP problems.
• Building AI Agent
• Work experience of MLOps tools.
• Exposure/work experience on .Net and C#.
• Experience with cloud platform (preferably Azure).
