At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Sales representative to join our world-class team in South Korea. As a Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and making a positive impact in the scientific community.

We are seeking an Account Manager to spearhead our Filtration & Separation solutions within the Biopharmaceutical and API markets. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Technical Support, Area Portfolio Leaders, and Global Key Account teams to drive business growth and market penetration.

You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, managing channel partners, and delivering technical value to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain long-term external relationships with the Key Biopharmaceutical customers and develop these relationships in multiple levels of the organization.
• Determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions to meet their requirements.
• Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to determine sales opportunities.
• Customer’s interaction – daily visit to end-customers and users to introduce and proposed our products, solutions and services : understanding of customers’ needs and market insights for demand generation ; Take lead for customer events such as training/workshop and webinars.
• Lead customer-facing events, including technical workshops, seminars, and webinars to demonstrate product superiority and application suitability

Requirements :

• Education : An academic degree in science or engineering, preferably in chemistry,  biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales or technical experience in the Industrial market, with a strong preference for the Biopharmaceutical sector.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player in a cross-functional environment. And excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Agility & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems in ambiguous situations
