• Technical expertise in product applications and method development

• Strong presentation, training, and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Project management and prioritization skills

• Willingness to travel 20-30%

• Professional fluency in English

• Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to product strategy

• Experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, etc.)
