Job Description:

The M365 Developer should have experience developing and customizing solutions built on Share Point/M365 components. Should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on O365 platform.  Overall, the Developer should have extremely strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of O365/Share Point platform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool.

Roles & Responsibilities: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a developer using Share Point online and other M365 tools. Client interaction and understanding business applications, business data flow and migration from Share Point On-Prem, Share Point Online, AWS S3 to Share Point Online using modern migration tools is desirable.

Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Teams, Share Point using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).

Develop SPFx (Share Point Framework) components, extensions, and web parts.

Develop intelligent search, content tagging, and recommendation features using OpenAI APIs or Microsoft Graph.

Interact with project team to deliver solutions based upon gathered requirements.

Ensure solutions align with M365 best practices, governance, and security guidelines.

Train users and provide documentation for deployed solutions.

Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitor performance measures, and change management in a multi-platform environment.

Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.

Hands-on experience with Azure logic Apps.

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.

Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets.

Ability to grasp modern technology quickly.

Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation.

Preferred background:

• 3-5 years working in O365 Share Point Environment
• Working experience with SPFx AND React.
• Experience with Azure Functions,Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Experience with Developing solutions in Azure a plus.
• Knowledge of data governance,compliance, and security within M365.
• Certified O365/Share Point a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
