What You'll Do

Portfolio Growth & Competitor Landscape

  • Drive significant revenue growth in Biosafety Cabinet and CO2 incubator portfolio across the SEA region by developing and delivering tailored product strategies through understanding competitor landscape and product positioning
  • Effectively translate global Business Unit (BU) and APJ product strategies into the local context, ensuring alignment and strong support for the commercial teams

Product Strategic Plan & Execution

  • Develop and carry out both short-term and long-term product plans to increase market share for existing products
  • Focus on pivotal initiatives to revive low-penetrated products and launch new products successfully

Sales Enablement

  • Provide robust support to distributor sales teams through comprehensive product marketing programs, objections handlings, product positioning in specific market segment
  • Serve as a technical expert, mentoring and training channel partners as well as conducting product demonstrations and customer trainings as needed to meet customers' demands

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle quality complaints swiftly with clear and transparent communication while maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Develop key accounts in collaboration with commercial teams and work closely with KOLs to establish Thermo Fisher as the brand of choice

Operations & Forecasting

  • Manage inventory and product forecasting to meet internal targets and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the laboratory equipment, life sciences, or related scientific industry
  • Deep technical proficiency and understanding of relevant scientific laboratory workflows (e.g., Cell Culture, Microbiology) and customer requirements
  • Strong critical thinking and commercial competence with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts and delivering technical demonstrations to diverse audiences including C-suite and technical experts
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities to analyze market trends and competitive landscape, establishing action plans to drive share gain
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Proficiency in English required, additional languages valued for international roles
  • Travel requirements of 50% within assigned territory
