About the Role
Join us as a Senior Manager, Compliance at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll support strategic growth and client partnerships in our pharmaceutical services organization. You'll serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders. Auditing our PSG manufacturing facilities, you'll oversee complex portfolios and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech GMP environment, with focus on GxP auditing for a minimum of 5 years
- Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related scientific/business field
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Auditor accreditation preferred
- Excellence in relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with business analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams preferred
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a matrix organization
