Responsibilities

What you'll do / Qué harás

  • Repair and maintain laboratory and electromedical equipment during customer visits, installations, preventive maintenance, and new setups. / Reparar y mantener equipos de laboratorio y electromedicina durante visitas a clientes, instalaciones, mantenimientos preventivos y nuevas puestas en marcha.
  • Recommend ULS maintenance contracts and other products/services during customer interactions. / Recomendar contratos de mantenimiento ULS y otros productos/servicios en todas las interacciones con clientes.
  • Provide prompt support by phone, email, or on-site visits. / Brindar soporte inmediato por teléfono, correo electrónico o en visitas presenciales.
  • Perform same-day diagnostics and troubleshoot effectively to resolve issues quickly. / Realizar diagnósticos el mismo día y solucionar problemas de manera rápida y efectiva.
  • Follow up on quotes and ensure repairs are completed efficiently. / Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones y garantizar la finalización eficiente de reparaciones.
  • Prepare service reports and inform supervisors of recurring or critical issues. / Elaborar informes de servicio e informar al supervisor sobre problemas recurrentes o críticos.
  • Handle emergency requests promptly and reschedule postponed visits immediately. / Gestionar emergencias de forma inmediata y reprogramar visitas pospuestas de manera rápida.

Qualifications

  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks. / Autónomo/a, proactivo/a y capaz de priorizar tareas.
  • Empathetic, responsible, and honest. / Empático/a, responsable e íntegro/a.
  • Strong communicator and results-driven. / Excelente comunicación y orientación a resultados.
  • Experienced in technical service for laboratory or electromedical equipment. / Experiencia en servicio técnico de equipos de laboratorio o electromedicina.

What we require / Qué necesitamos

  • Higher Level Professional Training in electromechanics or similar. / Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en electromecánica o similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and LAN networks. / Manejo de Office, Windows y redes LAN.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role. / Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto técnico similar.
  • Languages: Spanish and English. / Idiomas: castellano e inglés.
  • Driving license and availability to travel up to 70% of the time. / Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 70% del tiempo.
  • Refrigeration system handling license (up to 3 kg gas) is a plus. / Se valorará carnet para manipulación de sistemas frigoríficos hasta 3 kg de gas.
