We’re looking for a Senior Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of SSCD capabilities by applying strong test fundamentals, automation, and AI-assisted quality engineering practices.
What you will be responsible for**:**

Work closely with Product Owner, developers, data engineers, and business analysts to execute end-to-end quality activities in Agile delivery teams
-
Design, review, and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases covering functional, regression, data, and integration testing
-
Build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable test libraries for SSCD components
-
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback
-
Perform data validation/reconciliation across data warehouses, marts, and downstream consumers
-
Document and track defects in an issue tracking system; communicate quality risks, trends, and root-cause insights
-
Participate early in requirements and design reviews to identify testability gaps and quality risks

Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, script creation, and defect analysis while ensuring responsible and secure usage
What we value**:**
These skills will help you succeed in this role:

3+ years of hands-on experience in QA and/or test automation, preferably in financial services or data-intensive platforms
-
Demonstrable experience with automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Java/Python, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber or similar)
-
Strong SQL skills and experience validating data pipelines, data marts/warehouses, and reporting outputs
-
Experience with API testing and service-level validation
-
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux and CI/CD tools
-
Ability to translate business and data requirements into effective testing solutions
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
AI / Modern QE skills (required or strong plus):
-
Hands-on experience using GenAI/AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot-style assistants) to draft test cases, generate/maintain automation, and analyze failures
-
Ability to critically review AI-generated outputs and validate correctness, security, and compliance needs
-
Understanding of testing considerations for AI/ML-enabled features (model behavior validation, data quality, bias awareness, and risk-based testing)

Awareness of responsible AI and data privacy practices when using AI tools in an enterprise setting
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
-
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Experience testing large-scale data platforms/analytics solutions and/or cloud data services is a plus
-
Exposure to data governance, security testing, or information disclosure prevention practices is desirable
